A smoothie made with LOTS of spring mix greens and kale/broccoli microgreens/alfalfa sprouts/frozen baby bananas/a splash of oat milk/flax seeds/chia seeds/a dollop of sunflower seed butter/reishi, chaga, carob, cacao powder/coconut water.
A couple more quarts of H2O.
Stir fried purple cabbage, red bell peppers, yellow onions, shiitake/oyster/lion's mane mushrooms added to a vegan bolognese sauce, served over mung bean thread noodles, with a slice of g/f vegan garlic bread on the side.
A cup of dead nettle/tulsi basil tea.
