How to obtain a TSI-2 score report?

Hi, not sure if I've posted to the right forum ...

I had a Trauma Symptom Inventory-2 done last year and the psychologist returned the questionnaire to me. I'm wanting to get a score report from this, and was wondering if anyone knows where I could get this done? It's for legal purposes only.

Hm...so you took the assessment, but it wasn't scored originally? I don't have an answer; I'm just trying to clarify. I'm also wondering if last year's answers are what you are looking for, or if it would be beneficial to retake?

It was scored but I can't get a copy of the results/report, I'm needing a report done from that particular questionnaire.

Oh, I see. So you are needing it rescored. I know there are places where you can take and have it scored, but don't know where you can get an overread...I'm sorry. :-( I'm assuming you've contacted the person who administered it initially?

I tried getting their scoring/report but they refused on ethical grounds. I may (possibly - *fingers crossed*) have found someone to do it. I talk with them mid-next week.
