Just as an update to this, there was shrapnel packed around the explosives, which is why we saw the massive increase in the wounded count last night.

Does anyone think shutting down an entire city to chase three people around is.....well....Ummm

I mean you got the video evidence pretty quick and you can set up a road block radius quit well. Nothing outruns Motorola as far as I know. So just kind of saying. Is it necessary to run some sort of police state exercise to catch three people???
