Bringing forward appointment?

Book the appointment and cancel if you are feeling a bit more levelled later. I know it’s easier said than done. I saw my therapist on Tuesday and have asked for another appointment this week as the ‘s*** has hit the fan’ so to speak. I am fortunate that she has space. Before I contacted her I had all different parts arguing if I did or didn’t need to contact her. Transference and dependency and self judgement issues all swirling around. I really hope your pain begins to ease :hug:
 
I agree with everyone I had a session on Tues. then things went pear shaped that night I knew we were scheduled for Friday but I needed a neutral party to help talk me through a life altering decision that was due the end of Wed. So I reached out he fit me in Wed. Afternoon and I will still see him Friday
 
I ended up contacting T a couple of days ago. So glad i did. Its not definite yet, but she thinks she may be able to get me in next week.
I guess my lesson to take away from this is to listen to how I feel more closely and trust that feeling.
I'm really struggling, so I'm so glad I contacted her early to try and lock in an appointment.
