Yes I am in bed and haven't been able to move much...I know I need to get up and move around...a warm sage tea is what I'll prob do when I can shake enough of this off to get up

Yes they really do still do maypoles!! It's still a strong tradition from around where I'm from...

Yes I am in the US Southwest corner. No one really notices May Day here! But they do like Cinco De Mayo.

After all that I will go for a walk with pup.

Cinco de Mayo is… I think Mexico’s freedom from Spain? I can never remember. It’s kind of like St Patrick’s Day in that it has become a drinking holiday, not official like getting the day off but a reason to drink for some. Or show Mexican pride and share the culture.

Nice! Yes, now you said it it is ringing some bells ... seems like most days there's something to celebrate when it comes to drink, at least in England!!

So, thank you so much again for being there... I have been feeling a scarily deep isolation...an aloneness which is paralysing when I'm in this state... having you respond and be there feels like being caught in the down fall...it's taken the edge off...

I'm going to try to get up now and get that tea... got to get that body moving..
