@Invisible Fire how Do you feel now? Sometimes showing our anger is just another art of communication, anger is legit even though it hurts when old pain creeps to the surface. Sending you support and groundedness

Yeah I agree it is a form of communication. Not doing much better today. Had another argument with a different co worker. I think I’m the walking definition of burnout. Planning on days off next week

Im still feeling this old pain of „worthlessness“.. I was called a weak piece of meat from my S father or nuns use to give us kids strange names. I got slightly hurt by something my colleague told me, she made some comment about me being not risktaking when it comes to me finding a new job, because she is going to work for another clinic. No issues with my colleague, I like her genuinely.. but I felt how the old tape of „Look you are stupid and a coward“... was running

I've been feeling a bit under the weather yesterday and today. Nothing serious or for much concern , just a lot of sleeping and feeling dragged out. I took off from work yesterday and today though. If it is working myself into the ground, that's more like what I did.

Wow I did not know that they would group together like that. Maybe freshly hatched? Thank you for the treats and for sharing this. Going to refocus my thoughts today to turtles :)

These were fully grown turtles! That's the amazing thing about seeing them all. Usually you would expect to see one or two. A group of turtles is known as a bale! I didn't even know there was a term for it. When you see all the newly hatched turtles it's amazing - they are so tiny. I didn't even know turtles hung out in groups!

That sounds good. Time off is important.
