I'm FUBAR today. Hmmmm what to do with myself! Look forward to food and the group walk tomorrow I guess. I know what my problem is. From suffering from so much trauma I isolated myself and was mean to people when i was younger because I didn't know how to make friends and be at ease with people. Now at 45 I've learnt my lesson and am incredibly lonely. Pfffft!

Checking in... Thinking seriously about taking a medical leave of absence from work. I'm in over my head at work. I have to take care of me for a change. Life seems to be way beyond what I can deal with now. I feel like I need a three month long nap! I was thinking of letting my Dr. decide. I can't wait that long. The appointment is on the 14th.
