So far I wrote these two things down for him because I don't even want to talk to anyone there or else I'll volcano cry there

Physical: if my period is coming it's taking too much out of me along with radiating pain from cramps for week and is exhausting me

Emotional: I'm not doing as well as I used to be and idk what to do .
Exhaustive crying is the only way to get it out but I need rest. I'm confused.

It's good to write things down. Just try to remain calm and say that your struggling at the moment. Do you have a therapist and psychiatrist to talk to about your mental health issues? I'm a man so I don't have advice about women's issues like periods, I'm sorry. Just tell them what your worried about. It will be OK.

Hi all, just asking this here as it seems too little to create a thread so hope this is ok. And it feels a silly question, but....
When you go on holiday and can't make you therapy session so you have to miss it, do you still pay for it?
I've just told T a month in advance.

No, not in my experience. I'd definitely say no. And you've given her plenty of time in advance.

It feels weird. I told her that and she said we can talk about it (we ran out of time). So I might bring it up next week.

Most Ts I’ve seen have a 24/48/72hr cancellation policy. As long as I cancel before their deadline? There’s no charge.

Yeah I see it like this. Sometimes my counselor sees people every 2,3 or 4 weeks. Not every week so they don't pay for when they're not there. That's their contract.they don't pay for times in-between. I've only ever cancelled 1 appointment on the day. Didn't pay for it. And you've given her a month's notice in advance.

Hey guys, what is going on with ya?

Me, I am praying for peace over this stupid war, trying to change to a heart-healthy lifestyle, and learning to treat both lung disease and heart disease. I just finished my steroids for COPD flare-up so I am really happy about that and I am preparing to have my niece visit for a coupla weeks.

Anyways I just wanted to stop in and wish everyone a good weekend.
