Sure. You can also be mad without being mad at her, if you want. You've gone so far out of your way to avoid this outfit, it's got to be frustrating that they're back in your life, even if only indirectly.

Yes! I was just wondering if it would help if she had all the information that you have. It’s an awful situation and so ironic and unfair. Of course you are angry. Of course. You are entitled to your feelings and they are perfectly reasonable!! If she’s a good professional, she can hear them and hold the space for you.

There's both a very complex & very simple answer here as to why she can't see you in 2 different capacities without creating conflict of interest, so the 2 of you have to choose which capacity she sees you in and stick to that... But... My brain isn't working well enough for the simple answer right now. If someone from medico-legal land doesn't save me, I'll be back in a bit with the simple answer. This is mostly jsut to let you know it DOES exist, and it will be like "Oh. Well that makes sense." But I've been trying for a couple days and :wtf: Too. Many. Words. FFS she doesn't need the 401 course on medical ethics. :banghead:

Maybe it's like what you suggest @scout86, and she's thinking about if I see her privately AND then also at the agency. That would actually make perfect sense to me that both could not be allowed.

It's sort of moot unless/until I could handle this agency, and unless/until this agency would take on my case.

That's actually what i thought you were suggesting too. I can see how that might, maybe, be the confusion.

And yes, you can be angry. You be angry at her. From what you've said about her, she can handle it.
