Can you get stable? Do you feel that's a possibility? If you can, I think that with time you will get distant from the trauma again, and closing the lid on pandora's box will be possible. I completely understand not being able to do trauma work any longer. There are other things you can pursue that don't involve trauma. Really sorry you are having a hard time. I'm glad you are able to resist self-harm during this time of losing your therapist. Two and half years is a long time for any relationship. I know it's very hard.
