Can I ask why you take your Prazosin at the same time every night? Do you follow a strict bedtime? I know for me it is one of the last things I do before bed otherwise it seems to loose its effectiveness in the early hours before I wake.

Ugh. Yes. And it's one reason I want to stop taking them.

Another bad thing is to forget that I have already taken meds, so I end up doubling by mistake.
