Woke early - like 3am. That's a pattern the last week or so. I can usually get back to sleep after awhile and sleep for a few additional hours.
I also wear CPAP mask and I do sleep better now, but I still struggle with insomnia. Tonight I've woken up after each hour of sleep. It's 3:35 and I believe I'm up for the day. (I went to bed at 10:00).I'm back to waking up every morning around 3; otherwise, I sleep soundly. I wear a CPAP, which I think really helps.
