I saw my therapist again last night. Annnd I told her that I'd felt like she heard something different than what I'd been saying. The conversation was good. And I felt really good that I was able to address it with her :).

Very true but, it was necessary. I really needed for her to have understood me.. and it turns out she did. I was happy about that.
