Is It True That Nothing Rhymes With Purple?

I don't approve of poetry being 'politically correct' in the grammar sense or the stuffy scholars that write poetry according to a set rules. If you can rhyme it, no matter what the word is, then I'm all for it. :tup:

Hey, Alba, love the haiku idea, but could we have a thread of haikus with inappropriate (but unhurtful) humor -- if so, I'm there.

You can see it from a distance
It's been mainly done for range

You can see it much more brightly
The old colours were dull


But this doesn't really have the right rhythm, I feel a bit like the young man of Japan, who's poetry never would scan
