Sounds like a typical molester in some ways. Does something societally deviant then blames the victim for reporting. Not sure of their relationship to you just by reading the first page. The important thing to take away is that this person was wrong and he violated your rights.
I've experience on the receiving end by a person of my own age and it was unwanted behavior still. One time only and it ended up disconnecting my nipple from the underlying-related tissues as in it was no longer like my other nipple, no longer capable of become suffused with blood, etc. from a 'self proclaimed' martial arts expert. Not just fun and games by a long shot.
Not sure if you are just examining the past of long ago and you are an adult or this is still going on and you are a minor. These things are important in your report for people to give you correct feedback. Assumptions on things like a statute of limitations can't be advised without information as to when it happened, which also would give your age now, when going forward with any action.
In any case, like others have said the behavior was wrong on his part, period. You're not responsible for his deviant behavior, so reporting it is not what could have ruined his, his behavior is what could have ruined his life. Please don't feel any guilt for that.
