Hi, My name is Eve and my boyfriend has PTSD. I love him so much and want to be supportive. And would love some suggestions on how to respond to his frustrations. I currently am quiet and let him release his frustrations. I was hoping you could provide some suggestions on what to do to support him.

Thank you for your service and my heart goes out to all of you with PTSD.
