Six Months Of Sobriety

I have been sober for the last 6 months! Pretty damn proud of myself and so are my doctors...its making there job a little easier.

I have been worried about going back to drinking last few weeks. But realizing I have been sober for 6 months...it got me thinking...Shouldn't I try for a year? :)

Hopefully...Progress!

There's never anything easy about not self-medicating but you are doing so well. You get the pluses from it. I'm in your corner. It seems like a great goal.

Congrats! If you can do six months, you can do a year.

I didn't have a problem with drinking too much, rather one corona would cause me to wake up from a dead sleep in a state of panic. I decided to stop drinking, and was able to do so for over a year and a half. Now when I do have a drink, it's only on holiday.

Keep on going, I know you can do it!!
