Some are obvious, some are not so obvious.
I have removed many superfluous add-ons that IMO haven't really worked all that well towards the community, or have hindered me personally as the admin.
There is a new system that works in combination with the above user title changes, which enables members to literally help moderate any offensive content, arguments and such, amongst yourselves.
Every known and established member, so anyone with 100+ posts, has a voting capacity of 3 points when they report a post. All members under this threshold have a voting capacity of 1 point per report.
When a post has 10 points assigned to it, it will automatically get moderated (removed from public and member view) for admin action. Do the math... 3 x known+ members and one other member, equals 10 points.
Report, report, report... you have the power to shut shit down now between yourselves, another step in trying to keep me from having to shut things down for you and moderate your discussions. This will hopefully help to alleviate threads getting out of control by one poster.

- Tapatalk is gone, not coming back. It is a shit third party way to access the site, it has issues with anonymous areas, it removes functions and strips back security aspects of the site.
- Forced introductions gone, not coming back. It hinders new members freedom from just edging their way into the community, thus putting them on the back foot immediately.
- A new highlight to quote system. You can simply highlight what you want to quote of any text, a popup appears for you to either reply with that text, or you can add it into the multi-quote system. Simple, easy.
- Profile posts are now brought onto the sidebar, where you can actually click the little ... and comment and such directly without leaving the page / having to go to a users profile.
- I have changed the ads slightly, so members see one ad per page. Guests see all ads, which are way more than members view. I had to find a balance between getting ads shown, but also not making things shitty for members with reading. I think I have accomplished it with one ad per page, maximum.
- The style has been simplified more, making the most of font awesome icons to replace bloated text where possible. Hover your mouse over something to typically see what it will do.
- I have changed the user title system to work on message count, no longer trophy points. The post values are:
