What Are You Grateful For Today?

For having wishes still
For having my body that works
For living in the city center
For me taking charge of my mental health

Although my immediate family has now passed to the great beyond I count them among my greatest blessings in this life and I am most grateful for the time we shared together; the tears, the laughs, the memories, etc.

Stuff that makes you laugh.
Me not taking shit like I used to.
Being able to sleep reasonably lately.

As always the critters that share my life with me.
And the critters who pass through the clinic
And my coworkers
And the winter solstice
And the sun, that will rise once again in a bit giving us llight.
