A nice long soak in a magnesium flakes/epsom salts bath to help ease the strain of a weekend packed full of gardening and physical labor that I haven't engaged in since it was hibernation season.

Not hurting nearly as bad as I thought I would be, though. Hot damn! May getting in and out of the tub not require me to have to change that last thought. lol
