What did you do today to chip away at your hypervigilance?

I went out of the house this morning - straight away to walking, then back for breakfast and then out again - getting moving. I also monitored and challenged some of my thinking.
 
Some deep breathing and stretching to release tension.

Read some posts here,. When I read others talking about the same kinds of things as I feel it really helps to break the spell of terror and self abandonment. Thankful :inlove:

Watched some 8 out of 10 cats does countdown - love that show, properly makes me laugh and it kinda feels like a big hug :happy:
