Water....then some more water with fresh squeezed lemon juice.....herbal infusion with red clover and ginger....eventually, a bowl of grapes and bananas....and for a snack later, cookies I made with leftover apple/ginger juice pulp and added cinnamon/pumpkin pie spices/chickpea flour/baking powder/baking soda/raisins and topped with a little bit of peanut butter right before eating. With or w/o the peanut butter, they're the best cookies I've made to date. Unfortunately, I only made a small batch and didn't write down the exact measurements. lol Today is our 11th wedding anniversary, so we'll likely venture out and attempt to navigate a favorite restaurant menu for supper.
