Celebrated with a big ol' salad bar, grilled zucchini, grilled asparagus, and sweet potato fries, with a cup of hot water and lemon wedges. lol Party animal, I tell ya'. Homey can't hang with the food-like substance induced hangovers these days, much less alcohol fueled ones. Still in awe that I've made it this far after all the stuff I used to consider to be a celebration, for sure. Hahahahaha! Whew!

Made some more juice pulp cookies, too. I'm thinking gluten-free vegan cookies might be my favorite experimentation arena, thus far, as far as sweet baked things go. Much less room for error than with things that must rise, slice well, and such.

These were made with oatmeal, chickpea flour, romaine/celery juice pulp, medjool dates, vanilla, coconut oil, maple syrup, a few drops of stevia, cinnamon, peanut butter, flax meal, water, hulled hemp hearts, dark chocolate morsels, and dairy free mini-chocolate chips (I'm sure I'm forgetting something). My taste buds sure did a happy dance while sampling. Must share or freeze some tomorrow so I don't get carried away and eat them all up.
 
Breakfast eggs, tinned mackeral, Wholemeal toast

Lunch was a bit of a hotchpotch - a cup of Dhal, chicken breast baked with nigella seeds, green salad & a conference pear

Snacks - 4 nocellara olives n a few mixed nuts

Dinner is gonna be calorific - Tartiflette. Looking forward to it :hungry:

A one bowl chow session tonight...filled with some toasted quinoa, a big dose of a super colorful and crunchy garden salad, topped with homemade hummus w/ extra garlic, juice pulp falafel balls, kalamata olives, pickled carrots/jalapenos/onions, and drizzled with some papaya poppy seed dressing...with a piece of homemade g/f vegan bread with buttery spread on the side.
 
Had standard breakfast of late - boiled eggs, tinned mackeral and a fresh tomato.

Yesterday's food was much like the day before's. Shall be increasing fruit n veg and reducing cars more or less. Lost 8lb already though the first weigh in was in the evening so 8lb is overstating things.

Lunch of sorta chicken cast salad - no Croutons, less dressing, added cucumber celery green pepper n red onion.

Snack of 4 nocellara olives n a pear

Dinner will be Turkish stew

Lunch was mostly green n purple. Big bowl of green salad - lettuce celery green pepper cucumber flageolet beans red onion n side salad of raw grated beetroot with mustard n apple cider vinegar.

Last night, we had mashed yukon gold potatoes with almond milk and vegan butter, steamed fordhook lima beans, and a side of homemade g/f vegan bread/butter. Sipping on lemon water, burdock root/ginger infusion, and apple juice this morning. Gonna have some baked banana slices topped with cinnamon soon. It's simple and easy, but sure tastes like gourmet.
