Lots of H20, a burdock root/sarsparilla/stinging nettle infusion, some celery/curly kale/jalapeno pepper/pink lady apple/ginger root/purple cabbage juice, a couple red grapefruits, a big lunch salad topped with eggless vegg salad and papaya poppy seed dressing, then some steamed asparagus atop a baked yukon gold potato.
Baked juice pulp goodies today, too, to share tomorrow and the next day. Apple/ginger/cinnamon cookies with vegan cream cheese icing and some Italian "eatballs" made with the veggie pulp, smoked paprika, Italian seasonings, kidney beans, and I don't remember what else. My brain is tapped out for the day.
