Made a giant garden salad, a gluten-free rotini pasta salad, and with the leftover pasta, tossed in some sauteed bell peppers/onions/mushrooms/kidney beans/garlic y'day to deliver to family, so that became my dinner last night. Been sipping on lots of H20 this morning and eating almost a whole super ripe greenhouse grown cantaloupe.
