Roasted spaghetti squash topped with a chunky veggie marinara and sesame seed "parmesan" with g/f vegan "Odd Bagel" brand onion bagels, sliced in half, topped with earth balance soy free buttery spread and lots of garlic powder, then placed under the broiler for a few minutes.
