Piperade for breakfast! Old friend I ain't seen you in a good while. Added mushrooms n couple eggs.
Lunch was burger party w potatoes n salad cream, leaves n coriander dressing.
Dinner was prawn n veggie stir fry
Snacked on parkin.
I can't remember the last time I cooked 3 meals in a day, and healthy ones to boot.
Am really grateful for having the spoons for it.
