I'm sticking to my diet. Second day finished. No sugar, low carbs.. doing ok..not feeling too crappy. Had a slight headache late yesterday but it slipped away.

Israeli salad, one solitary lamb chop, tomato, beetroot, pine nuts, fried houloumi, spring onion, celery, feta cheese & mint. Not necessarily in that order but consumed. That's it for the day..
