Scrambled eggs. Which I usually make in the microwave (don't judge me!) but I've just got rid of the microwave because we barely use it and need the surface space. And my goodness – I cannot believe I've only just discovered just how much more delicious eggs are when they're done on the hob! And the washing up is actually easier too! I know, I know...not sure how this 'revelation' has taken this long or how it's been a revelation at all seeing as, in retrospect, that's probably a very obvious conclusion to reach!
