What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

A couple quarts of lemon water.

Pineapple/carrot/ginger/kale/mint juice with reishi powder, greens powder, and chia seeds.

A cup of roasted dandelion root tea with blackstrap molasses.

Salad made with purslane, kale, spinach, purple cabbage, spring onion, red bell pepper, cucumber, celery, cabbage microgreens, topped with chik'un salad made with cashew cream, a drizzle of date syrup, chickpeas, walnuts,dill pickles, sweet onion, celery, turmeric, black pepper, and a pinch of celtic sea salt.

A cup of peppermint tea.
 
Water, then some more water, then some lemon water.

Orange/pineapple/carrot/cinnamon juice with added wheatgrass/greens powder and chia seeds.

Small bowl of quinoa queen cereal with fresh black raspberries and flax milk.

Two of my favorite spring rolls with marinated tofu, mung bean noodles, purple cabbage, carrots, basil, mint, napa cabbage alongside peanut sauce and sweet/sour sauce for dippin'.
