What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

Lots of water, then some more water, then a cup of hot lemon water.

A smoothie made with red russian and lacinato kale, wild purslane, beet greens, mushroom/cacao/greens powders, chia and flax seeds, frozen baby bananas, a splash of flax milk, and water.

A stir-fry with garlic, red onion, kale, collards, cashews, broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts, and green peas.
 
A quart and then some of water.

Apple/cucumber/lemon/ginger juice with greens powders and chia seeds added.

A spinach wrap filled with kale/tomatoes/pickled red onion/red bell pepper/carrots/cucumber/hummus/sunflower seeds.

Leftover stir-fy with added lemon-pepper Burmese tofu strips.
 
I found out I think why I crave margarine (gross!)- it's full of gelatin, because of EDS. So I'm eating jelly, fortified with more gelatin, and don't feel like 1/2 as much. So I had a fudgicle cut up with raspberry jello. Alas not cut in cubes. 😅😊 Plus yoga, But that's as healthy as it's going to get tonight.
