Salad with fresh tomatoes and cucumbers from the garden.

Carrot ginger soup and a big garden salad topped with spinach and artichoke hummus and a little papaya poppy seed dressing. Munched on sliced cucumbers and leftover sriracha hummus for a snack. Hummus is yummus....especially the DIY variety.

A huge spoonful of coconut peanut butter + oatmeal, cherries, strawberries, raspberries, green grapes, apple. I think I could live on coconut peanut butter and fruit.

Self made lentil salad. Including: Diced feta cheese, bell-pepper, a lot of chopped hot chili pepper and raw grated ginger, on a self made vinaigrette: Bouillon, olive oil, herb-flavored vinegar, mustard, juice of 1/2 lemon, dried Italian herbs. Dessert: Self made apple tart. :happy: YUMMY!
