A banana, 1.5 tinned hot dogs, 2 slices of bread, and brown water purporting itself to be coffee.

Instant Tonkotsu Ramen with black garlic. Threw in some meatballs and scallops I found in the freezer, and some dried seaweed.

Joined a slimming club last week. I like the diet it follows - as much fruit n Veg lean meat n fish n rice pasta n noodles as you like.
Limited amounts of fatty n sugary foods.

About to have chicken breast dusted with 5 Spice & salad

I should probably get something to eat, just barely awake so back to bed ASAP.

Something of an homage to soup.

(There were meats & veggies & they were boiled in wine &water. If not for very long. Because f*ck I was hungry. Nothing's raw? Awesome. Done enough.)

I honestly can't remember but I am sure I ate most of what was in the kitchen and also some 'take out' as well.

Man, quitting smoking makes one ravenous. :confused:
