Lemon water, apple juice, jack fruit (first time trying it....YUM!), strawberries from the yarden, and two juicy red grapefruits....lunch will be lots of greens in a bowl topped with cherry tomatoes, carrots, and bell peppers from the yarden, some chick peas, and papaya poppy seed dressing....and dinner is gonna be "tacos" made with romaine lettuce leaves as the shells, soaked english walnuts tossed in a food processor with smoked paprika/liquid amino/garlic/cumin/red onion for the taco "meat", topped with home made salsa, vegan "cheese", and hemp seed.
