Lemon water, stinging nettle/ginger/wormwood infusion, several honey crisp apples, a salad made with buttercrunch lettuce, green cabbage, green onion, pink and white radishes, celery, yellow cherry tomatoes, red and purple bell peppers, with a few dollops of black bean hummus on top and a drizzle of papaya poppy seed dressing for lunch....and sauteed sanposai Asian greens/kale/bok choy topped with some roasted beets, sprinkled with hemp seed and dulse granules for dinner....now sipping on a roasted dandelion root with a hint of maple syrup "toddy".
