What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

Liquid amino is what I use in place of typical soy sauce, @Bearlinda . The brand is Bragg. It's supposedly a cleaner version of soy sauce made from non-gmo soybeans with no other added preservatives. A little goes a long way, I've found. It's one of my favorite things to especially use with mushroom and/or tofu (the homemade chickpea flour/water version) dishes of all sorts.

This morning, I've been sipping on my usual lemon water, had some roasted dandelion root tea with a bit of maple syrup, some apple juice, and thinking I might keep it a liquid diet day up until dinner. We'll see how well the taste buds, the gut parasites, and the brain get along as the day progresses.
 
Made a sweet potato casserole that included maple syrup, vegan butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, english walnuts, and vegan marshmallows, served with some steamed fordhook lima beans and a side salad.
 
A big salad topped with some hummus and papaya poppy seed dressing and some smashed green peas topped with vegan butter, dulse flakes, and nutritional yeast.

I thought about you the other day, @She Cat ....someone mentioned spritzing their popcorn with some Bragg's liquid amino stuff and then sprinkling some nutritional yeast on it...they usually do only the nutritional yeast and were raving about how much more flavor it added. Thought you might want to add that idea to your potential popcorn munching possibilities. :)
