What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

Breakfast Burrito #4 favourite so far
A small onion diced, chipotle chilli, a ltitle diced red n green pepper, an inch of chorizo diced. A pork sausage sliced. A spoon of black beans, 2 cloves of garlic, Feta cheese, an egg and some fresh coriander

Thinking I'd like it just fine without the Tortilla even.

Might get a lime for the next one.

Lots of H20....then some red grapes and bananas....more H20..then some locally made blue tortilla chips and homemade salsa...then some ginger kombucha...then a salad and some spaghetti squash topped with homemade garden/black bean marinara with sunflower seed "parmesan" sprinkled on top.
 
H20 and then some mo'...apple juice...peaches...salad...chili made with homegrown tomatoes, garlic, onion, bell peppers, jalapenos, portobellas, black olives, and all the seasonings....then made some pickled carrots and jalapenos.
 
Three quarts of water and then a smoothie made with frozen bananas/water/two big handfuls of local greens/a splash of vanilla extract/about a tbsp of cacao powder/a little over a tbsp of almond butter/tsp of flax seed/tsp hemp hearts/tsp dried astragalus root...and tossed in some dairy free chocolate chips....yum...reminds me of my favorite choc/banana/p.butter shakes I'd always order back in the day. Note to self....freeze more bananas for tomorrow morning. :)
 
Thanks, @berlinda . :) It's so good it'll make your tongue slap your brains plum outta your head. Hahahaha!

This mornings menu offers more quarts of water, some apple juice, and some baked banana slices sprinkled with cinnamon....tastes like a gourmet pastry to me. I forgot to freeze the bananas for another "shake". Oops! Dammit!

Making a huge salad, eventually, to have with some pulled mushroom bbq sandwiches served on my 2nd attempt at making vegan/gluten-free buns. Also planning to make some more salsa to try to keep up with the huge influx of ripening plum and cherry tomatoes.
 
Water....herbal infusion....red grapes and banana slices....taste testing the chickpea/black raspberry blondies I made for the offspring....about to dive into a big garden salad I've been craving all day....and thawing some chunky homemade veggie chili and planning to make jalapeno cornbread for supper.
