Tasting like mushrooms. The kind of Chinese soup mushrooms, except overcooked and kept in a dampy place.

So upside, I eating. Downside, past and present blend too much. :eek::facepalm:

Makes note to make coconut beer batter prawns with bonzer dipping sauces (chimichurri, Thai chili, other), ...and coconut curries, ...& Caribbean chicken with fire roasted polanos & coconut cream, ...& one of those “Do I eat it, or wear it, or take it to bed to snuggle with???” super fluffy donuts for @Ronin. :sneaky:

With virgin piña coladas (because they’re the bestest) if the weather cooperates. ?☀?
