lunch: courgetti ( i love it) in plum, apple cider vinegar and ginger dressing, with cauliflower, green beans and sardines
dinner: courgetti, sardines, cauliflower, broccoli
in between: two bananas, four dates, three figs, two segments of grapefruit
had a nice rhodiola tea with some blackstrap in it too:)
