Too many pieces of a mini-loaf of homemade zucchini bread. Gotta do that quality control testing, ya' know. I used unsweetened apple sauce instead of oil, and monk fruit sweetener instead of cane sugar, and cut that amount in half since I used the applesauce. Sipping on a burdock root/stinging nettle night cap currently.
