Last night we ordered carry out from a friend's Italian restaurant.

Chicken Alfredo, lasagna, ravioli and chicken parmesan. Salad and bread. So delicious!!

This morning I'm making pancakes and sausage links. O.J. and Mtn. Dew. Coffee for J.

Breakfast
A slice of linseed and soy bread with feta, ginger, onion tops from the garden.

Hot drink: lemon, ginger, garlic, tumeric, cinnamon, ginger, allspice- blended - delicious

2 ANZAC biscuits.

Lunch
Roast Beef, onions potatoes with gravy.

Chili and cornbread. Sweet tea. Peanut butter/chocolate chip cookies and milk for dessert

I had some type of Indian food, not sure of the name of it, but it was too hot and spicy for me and I couldn't finish it. I had wild strawberry flavored water to drink.

Drinking lots of water, mainly but I did make a fresh lemon drink from the lemon tree with garlic, turmeric, cinnamon, allspice, paprika and another herb. I ate an ANZAC biscuit. ANZAC Biscuits

Veal feet stew with rice. Been eating since I was a kid.

Sweet potato tots—salted, raw almonds, dried banana chips, and two big leathery marshmallows—the last ones. Water.
