Spearfished the meat out of my soup. (It’s that kind of day… granted, yesterday I mostly ate chocolate, so it may just be that kind of week!).

Cherries, coconut, an apple, teaspoon of almond butter
dilute ginger kombucha

PB and ice cream.
Followed by pickled beets with mustard.

Kind of gross. Next will be Tums!
