I had a veggie sandwich for dinner (tomato, cucumber , red onion sprouts, lettuce, humus, and cheese on Pumpernickel) Very tasty. Then I had salted caramel cheesecake and it was fabulous.

I had some crackers and cheese after a few hours out in the safari truck. I am in South Africa right now and I am struggling with food. I have always been a picky eater but I am really struggling with the food here. I think it is an autism thing. So I am keeping it simple. Just the smell of the food is hard to deal with.

Eggs over medium, outfitted, mushrooms and toast. This was after 3 hours out in a safari truck, I worked up an appetite.

85g canned chicken with fat free mayo (already in the can)

Had a lovely lentil bowl with onions, roasted potatoes and carrots, and Parmesan. Wasa crispbread with herbed cashew cheese. Fresh lemonade.

Breakfast casserole:
Hash browns from yesterdays lunch on bottom, cheese, browned ham steak cubes, scrambled eggs, layered again and baked

very brave to say you ate pizza with pineapple

Organic jasmine rice, yellow peas and chicken breast with local hot sauce, braggs all-purpose seasoning, olive oil and pink salt.

Homemade dried fruit in water with ice, organic collagen and a dash of apple cider vinegar.

Coffee with coffeemate and the souls of my enemies.
