What did you find today? tangible or intangible?

A CD player in a charity shop- but not any cd player. A Marantz separate which fits perfectly with my amp and speaker system. Music is very important to me. My own digital music player broke a month ago and I haven't been able to afford to replace it (new they cost £100s- this one cost me less than £20). On top of that I haven't owned a CD player in years, and now I can listen to all my old albums that got packed away and that I haven't seen since. I feel like I just got the best christmas present ever!

All the information I needed to hopefully get my boss to pay a Dr.'s bill for a test he sent me to have.

First thing this morning, I found 4 crows very quietly eating underneath the bird feeder while the red-tailed hawk was perched right above them with a hummingbird hovering right next to him, as if they were chatting it up...which was strange, to me, as the crows are usually very loudly fussing at the hawk with all their energy trying to get him to leave, and the hummingbird would typically be dinner for the hawk....how cool that whole scene and message was....and it just got better from there.

Once I ventured into town to get the meals for mom, I happened upon a very receptive listening ear, a bigger than usual dose of kindness extended toward both me and mom, and a shoulder to cry on. I'm not used to being asked how I'm doing by someone who waits for and is truly interested in the answer, beyond the typical niceties. It's happened to me two days in a row now in different spaces with totally different faces. I'm honored, humbled, and incredibly grateful. May I succeed in paying it all forward as lovingly as I receive it.

I found a very small cute colander for when I wanna drain little things like olives or pickles and some reduced price scented tealights and a candle for my room.

I found baby squirrels, diving ducks and Egyptian gueese as well as the adult birds - malards, canada gueese, coots, moorhens and gulls when I went to feed em at the park

Thanks, @berlinda and @ladee . I've not found any "magic" like the magic of nature in my life, beyond a few earth angels that happen along every now and then (present company included). It sure can turn my frown(s) upside down like no other. :)

Today, I found the link for the free live stream of one of my favorite music festivals...Lockn'. I'm not up for hanging with 25,000 of my closest friends like I used to, so this makes my day/weekend. Time to boogie/chill/hoop/dance like a fool....not necessarily in that order. lol

An enormous house spider, which fell out of my hand towel when I picked it up. Much as I love spiders, she was big enough for me to keep as a pet, so I relocated her to the garden.
