To stop freaking out.
To stop getting food issues all intermingled with feelings. Like, it is just food. Can we please keep that separate from whatever feelings I am having. Can I at least consistently and reliably tease apart physical hunger from emotional upheaval and dissatisfaction, lack of fulfillment, needing to emote. And when I do know whether it is physical or emotional can I act to meet the identified needs as best I can and appropriately.
