What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

A quart, and then some, of water and 13.5 oz. of cold-pressed juice made with cucumber, grapefruit, chard, lettuce, lemon, spinach, parsley, and mint mixed with a couple teaspoons of powdered organic pea protein, hemp protein, moringa, spirulina, and alfalfa. Greenage galore....may it help hydrate and nourish this old meat coated skeleton.
 
Ugh. I have lost my appetite but I also know this is normal when in a triggered episode so I am not freaking out lol. I had a protein shake. Yep. Nutrients. Really proud of myself for drinking it when I didn't want it.
 
I had a lot to eat today

Breakfast: young coconut

Brunch: Mackrel, Spinach, Cabbage, Broccoli and Onions
followed by a young coconut

Later: brazil nuts (not good as allergens:/)
and lamb and chicken curry with salad

Water: 1.5 L
