Yay I was able to make myself lunch and eat it! Well, most of it. I also had tea. Nasty cough but that’s par for the course for my defective, asthmatic lungs.

And Salmon and a potato. The salmon was cooked with garlic cloves, I ate most of them.

Taste of a very basic homemade houmous. Not bad. Will try another recipe next time, but this was piss easy to make which is handy.

I like a smokey humous. I think the eggplant needs to be oiled and baked a bit first.

The basic houmous I made tastes too much of raw . Prolly I used too big of a clove. Thinking to roast some garlic for next batch.
