Still nice and warm, sitting on the balcony in shorts and t shirt - and I am not freezing ;)

Cold but a bright-ish today. They say it is going to turn wet and windy this evening.

Not wet here yet KP, but we know it will come soon. It is now grey and miserable outside.

You can tell it was the first day of autumn yesterday.

Time to get building that Ark :eek:. The rain is still coming down. It started at 3 pm yesterday and it is persisting down. The roads are flooded.

I pleased I don't have to go out anymore today, the heating is on and my Kindle is charged. Time to hibernate - I want to be a bear.

Had to go out a couple of hours ago, but were back in the dry within 35 mins. :tup:

Still r wording here but I'm a bit high up for floods. Only the garden gets flooded.

You have a lot of rivers Amethist, we only really have a few but the Sankey/St. Helens Canal flooded at St. Helens.

They do not effect us, as we are up a hill, but if it keeps up like this it will effect others not far away.
