Wow. How amazing that you commented about just that Angelkeeper. I was just sitting here thinking how hard I am on myself because of the abuse I experienced. I know that I am of value. I know that I have gifts and talents...I know all of these things but that means nothing if I don't believe them. And therein lies a seemingly neverending battle for me, as knowing something and believing something are two very different somethings...

Wow - that is exactly how I feel all the time - it is so hard to try to convince yourself of something when you have another little voice in your head that tells you your not talented, or smart or whatever. I wish I could believe all the things that are supposed to be truths - Its a battle for me too - thank you for sharing
