Debating between ramen & oatmeal, I found a package of puff pastry in the freezer… and decided to make ham & Swiss turnovers, instead.

HOW do I rope myself into this nonsense. Ramen & oatmeal = add water. But noooo let’s have to defrost and mess about with actual cooking?!? Worse, as I’m doing this, I start making plans for crab cakes & greens for later. WTFO self?!? Ramen. Oatmeal. Easy. Done. But nooooooooo.

This is the kind of shit that happens when I skip coffee for 2 days in a row.

Simple things become complicated things.

Happens to my brain in the kitchen too @Friday I've also opted out of something easy for something more delicious but was mad until I ate it. Good job self. Cooking yummy food.

I'm pretty good. Had a full on busy day but coped with it well.

@Survivor3 I’m taking it to help with some of the symptoms of my autism. It’s most commonly used to treat bipolar disorder though. I’m glad you are pretty good.

Hi @8888, I'm by the pool. Yesterday was pure mom-bliss with all our kids playing respectively for hours. Is it mean to say I don't like the other kids here today? I'll stay as long as I can because the sun/water is nice. Glad you're feeling better!

Gah! I read this and thought "are you completely insane!?!" We're having the coldest June since 1912. It's freezing! Pools of freezing water?? Aaak!!!

Global forums - trippy for the headspace every so often. Very cool! Somewhere in the world, people are chillin out by the pool... I should go there!!
